APPLICATION INFORMATION FORM	This form should be completed for each adult submitting an application to rent a residential unit. Married couples may submit two forms or use a single form for both. Cosigners should complete the same form and check the box in the upper left hand corner. Note: This form is not an "application"-- it provides the information needed to process an application.
